Wingspread Design Development
We recently completed our Design Development documents for Wingspread, a beautiful Japanese-Contemporary inspired project. Designed on a curious and somewhat complicated site, the project features three wings, five courtyards, numerous decks and outdoor spaces, all arranged around a central, form-defining glass-roofed oculus entry.
Every room adjoins a co-relative outdoor space, and makes beautiful use of an otherwise difficult, interior corner cul-de-sac lot. The view above is a twilight view looking directly at the Entry Oculus, with the Living-Dining-Kitchen wing (with Master Suite above) to the left, and bedroom wings to the right.
