Six25 Project Public Meetings
GeorgeArchitecture and Stamps and Stamps recently held outreach meetings to introduce our latest Independent Living Senior Housing Project to the general public. The project, located on the existing parking lot on east side of Mound up to Grevelia Street, is directly behind the modern brick Six25 Fair Oaks office building.
Designed in a Santa Barbara Style Spanish Mediterranean vocabulary, it features four main buildings, 86 residential units, restaurants, lounges, open outdoor spaces, landscaped courtyard spaces, meeting, exercise, and salon/barber spaces over multi-level subterranean parking.
Soon, we’ll be creating a page dedicated to the project, but we wanted to give you a taste of this exciting new project as we prepare it for entitlements.
