Unanimous Planning Commission Approval

Our Six25 Fair Oaks Senior Housing project recently won unanimous approval from the City of South Pasadena Planning Commission, paving the way for us to move forward into Construction Documents. The project, featuring 86 Units, includes Restaurants, Lounges, Meeting Spaces, Salon, Gym, and numerous outdoor spaces all in a lush-landscaped open-courtyard concept. Designed in conjunction with Stamps & Stamps and developers Greenbridge Capital Partners, the project received rare praise from each commissioner—commenting on the project’s much-needed contribution to the City of South Pasadena.

Project Plans

The Project Plans (below) show the project arrangement into four buildings, each separated and surrounded by lushly-landscaped courtyards. Against the 110 freeway to the north (left), the largest building is massed, containing its own internal courtyard, with each building dropping in height from north-to-south. Through the center of the project, on axis with the open primary access to Fair Oaks, a courtyard and seating area is developed, which also terminates a third courtyard that provides access to the existing office building to the east.
